Saeed Al Zarouni is the Group Chief Procurement Officer at e&, where he has been a pivotal leader since 1994. He has over 26 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, having held various leadership roles that emphasize procurement and the adoption of innovative technologies.

In his current role, he oversees procurement strategies, fostering the integration of advanced technologies and sustainable practices within the company. Saeed has held various significant positions at e&, including Acting Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Mobile Networks, where he played a crucial role in the deployment of 3G, 4G, and 5G services across the Middle East. He has also been instrumental in e&’s international expansion, particularly in developing mobile network infrastructures in Egypt, Nigeria, and India.
