Tim Feng – GeSI’s Newest Staff Member

We are very excited to announce the newest member of the GeSI team – Tim Feng! Tim will be joining us as the Regional Director for China. He is a cross-sectoral sustainability architect, an ecosystem catalyst, and a boundary-dissolving leader. At GeSI, Tim Feng aspires to embrace a new paradigm of sustainability leadership – forging transformative alliances with scalable, tech-enabled sustainability impacts.

Tim brings extensive experience to his new role. At Vanke, he was instrumental in transitioning China’s largest property developer into a global sustainability partner, engaging in initiatives like the WWF Climate Savers and collaborating with international decarbonisation efforts such as the Bloomberg New Economy Forum and the Paulson Prize. He has also strengthened municipal services in China using Canadian governance expertise and promoted sustainability models as an International Investment Ambassador for five Chinese cities.

He co-founded Biosphere 3, China’s leading net-zero community, which utilises AI-driven smart microgrids and digital-enabled sustainability, and co-founded C-Team, China’s first climate action alliance.
