Jiang Li is Vice President and Board Secretary at CATL, where he has worked on corporate governance, board operations and ESG development since 2017. His responsibilities have included supporting the company’s capital-market activities, including its Shenzhen and Hong Kong listings. Before joining CATL, he spent more than a decade in investment banking, gaining experience in corporate finance, capital markets and governance. He combines financial and board-level expertise with experience in the energy technology sector. He holds a master’s degree from Peking University.
