Claudia Tung leads the strategic integration of Sustainability, Brand Development, and Public Relations at Taiwan Mobile. She orchestrates a cross-functional team responsible for ESG programs—spanning climate transition, risk resilience, and responsible supply chains—while ensuring these priorities are integrated into brand identity and stakeholder communications. Claudia works closely with TWM’s Board to embed climate and reputation risks into decision-making and aligns the enterprise with international frameworks like IFRS S1/S2.
Beyond telecommunications, she brings sustainability expertise from the chemical sector and earlier experience as a senior editorial leader at major media organizations, providing deep expertise in reputation resilience. Responding to the AI era, Claudia is shaping the company’s 2026 strategic social impact focus through three pillars:
• AI Empowerment: Spearheading an initiative to provide 10,000 slots for underprivileged children to master AI tools, while inviting corporate partners to join this digital literacy ecosystem.
• Humanistic Literacy: Enriching digital-age culture by supporting original audiovisual works and cross-disciplinary talent. This initiative addresses the essential needs for creativity, aesthetics, and cultural empathy in the AI era.
• Climate Reversal: Contributing to a world-first mangrove restoration project integrating abandoned fish farms with nanotechnology. In 2026, collaborating with the Ministry of Agriculture to implement blue carbon education in coastal schools.
Claudia also manages flagship projects that leverage TWM’s strengths in connectivity and data to deliver scalable, technology-enabled solutions for sustainability challenges—translating governance standards into operational execution and credible external communication.
