Tencent joins GeSI and Updates on UN Solution Hub

Tencent’s entry also comes at an exciting time, as GeSI and our partners advance the development of the United Nations Digital Platform for a Sustainable World (the UN Solutions Hub). With Tencent’s technological strengths complementing GeSI’s global network and sustainability expertise, we are confident that this collaboration will make the platform more impactful and practical—supporting governments, enterprises, and cities worldwide in their journey toward carbon reduction and the UN 2030 Agenda.

Importantly, the UN Solutions Hub will be officially launched at COP30, with the UN Secretary-General, senior UNFCCC officials, and top private sector executives in attendance. Tencent will play an active role in this milestone launch, which will also be a prime opportunity for GeSI members to showcase innovative solutions and demonstrate the tangible impact of digital and data-driven approaches in accelerating global carbon reduction.
