Taipei New Horizon (TNH) is a Taipei-based cultural and creative platform and smart venue operator, established in 2009 through a joint investment by Taiwan Mobile and Fubon Land. TNH integrates culture, technology, venue operations, and urban innovation to drive sustainable development in Taipei’s creative and cultural sectors.

A leader in green building and low-carbon operations, TNH’s facility holds Taiwan’s EEWH Gold-Level Green Building Certification. The company has invested NT$50 million in energy-efficient exhibition and event infrastructure, along with NT$10 million in EV charging stations and LED lighting upgrades, reinforcing its commitment to environmental sustainability.

TNH also delivers significant cultural and social impact. Over the past 12 years, it has allocated over NT$65 million to cultural and creative initiatives, engaging 1.65 million participants and nurturing emerging talent through programs like the TNH Creative Festival and TNH Creative Center. Since 2024, TNH has been included in Taiwan Mobile’s sustainability reporting, aligning with the Group’s ESG framework and commitments to RE100 by 2040 and net-zero emissions by 2050.
